Fredrick Shindika
Managing Director
Fredrick Shindika has been involved in a wide range of aspects of the company, having initially worked within the Tanzania Cotton Board and World Bank. He is a business management graduate. Fredrick’s expertise includes governance, financial and legal matters, digital marketing, sales, and acquisitions. He has worked extensively across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Hosea M Ndaki
Director
Hosea Ndaki holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from St Augustine University of Tanzania and has extensive experience in mineral trade and cargo export supervision, working with SGS Tanzania, African Assay Laboratory, Capital Drilling, and Msalab Laboratory, covering major mining operations.
Dr. Merry Nagu (PhD)
Executive Director
BA in Economics, MA in Economics from University of Dar es Salaam, PhD from Washington International University. Senior Consultant, Presidential Parastatal Reform Commission, former Member of Parliament, and Minister for multiple government portfolios including Community Development, Women Affairs and Children, Public Service Management, and Justice & Constitutional Affairs.
